PATHWAY COLLABORATIVE
This interior design project is for Pathway Collaborative, envisioned as a growing non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals in the local community build professional confidence and pursue meaningful careers. As the organization expands, it plans to relocate to a new 3,000-square-foot space located in a rural area of Iowa City, designed to function as both a resource hub and a welcoming community environment.

Due to Pathway Collaborative’s mission, the new space needs to accommodate—beyond offices and conference rooms—a mock interview room, a touchdown space, a professional clothing mentorship corner, and a wellness area for rest and recharge. The floor plan illustrates how the space is organized into distinct functional zones through the use of architectural modules, textures, and color.

To echo the natural environment surrounding the building, the interior is defined by a palette of natural wood tones—from pale ash to dark walnut—accented with blue upholstery. The result is a professional, comfortable, and well-organized space that supports both physical and mental well-being.
